My fitness journey began at the age of 13 when I started getting into martial arts, tennis and resistance training. I developed a keen interest not only for many sports but also the science behind sports performance.
In 2012 at the age of 29 I decided to follow my passion and make a career out of helping people achieve their health goals through exercise and eating well. After working at a number of busy gyms in London, I decided to invest in my own personal training studio.
I am based in Acton, West London and work with all ages and ability levels. I offer a truly tailored service to each and every one of my clients and have achieved excellent results with numerous people over the years.
